    Once set up in our system, you can find simple scripting in your Fresh Clinics app. Our doctors usually take between 20 seconds and 1 minute to respond to your requests.

  • What is the Digital Drugbook, and how does it help with compliance?

    The Digital Drugbook is a cloud-based log tracking every Schedule 4 medication used in your clinic. Each entry is automatically linked to the correct patient and prescribing clinician, creating a clear and accurate prescribing trail.

  • Are scripting doctors available on weekends and public holidays?

    Yes, our scripting doctors are available year-round, except during Christmas.

  • How can I track treatments and inventory digitally?

    You record the treatment in the app, select the product and dosage, and the system automatically updates your drugbook and stock levels. This removes the need for manual spreadsheets or paper records.
