common questions

The questions clinic owners ask about the platform

Is this a software subscription?

No. Fresh is a membership for cosmetic clinics, and the platform is part of it. There's no software subscription and no joining fee. You only pay per consult, so there's nothing to sign and nothing to cancel.

Does Fresh replace my booking system?

No, and we'd rather say so upfront. Fresh isn't a booking or payments system. Most member clinics keep the booking tool they already use and run Fresh alongside it for the drugbook, inventory, patient records and compliance documentation. If booking is the only thing you're shopping for, Fresh is probably not what you need.

What's the digital drugbook, exactly?

It's the record of every medication in your clinic, kept in the platform instead of a paper book. Add stock once when it arrives and your levels update. Doses deduct automatically when an appointment is completed, tracked to the mL, and discarded stock is recorded too: dropped vials, expired items and partial deliveries.

Will this help if my clinic gets audited?

Your records are designed for Ahpra compliance, and kept current as requirements change. Members who have been through an audit tell us the difference was knowing where everything was. We support you through the process. We can't promise an outcome, and nobody can.

Do I keep my supplier relationships?

Yes. Fresh's supplier partnerships are what open the access in the first place: reps then come to your clinic, suppliers deliver training directly to your team, and the relationships are yours to keep. They also mean Fresh members get genuine value on medications, with the support and training to back it up.

What happens to my existing patient records?
