Founders’ story
Fresh Clinics was founded in 2018 by Dr John Holbrook and Dr John Delaney, two doctors who trained together in one of Sydney’s busiest teaching hospitals.
Seeing the cracks in the system, clunky software, compliance headaches, and burnt-out staff, they set out to build something better.
A platform that makes running clinics safer, smarter, and more sustainable, starting in cosmetic medicine.
What began with two doctors and a simple idea has grown into a global team supporting practitioners around Australia and the US.
Today, Fresh Clinics is unlocking access to safe, proactive healthcare through hybrid models that blend in-person care with telehealth medical oversight - empowering clinicians to deliver quality care wherever patients are.

From idea to reality
2018
Fresh Clinics was founded to make running clinics in Australia safer, smarter, and more sustainable - starting in the cosmetics space.
2020
Just two years in, Fresh Clinics was supporting clinics across Australia. It was proof that practitioners were ready for a smarter, safer, more sustainable way to run their businesses, and Fresh was becoming the number one partner to help them do it.
2021 - 2023
For three consecutive years, Fresh Clinics was recognised in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 finalists, recognising not only its scale of growth but its influence in redefining healthcare technology.
2024
With strong foundations in Australia, Fresh Clinics took the next bold step and expanded into the United States. This marked the beginning of a new chapter, supporting practitioners around the world with the same mission that started it all.

Today, Fresh Clinics is powered by more than 160 team members across Australia, the US, the Philippines, and Mexico. Together, we support healthcare practitioners around the globe.
