How do I download the app?
Check your inbox for your invite. After you’ve registered and completed compliance checks, we’ll send your app details via email. You’ll receive your unique login details and detailed instructions for downloading the Fresh Clinics iOS app from the App store.
What kind of support does Fresh Clinics offer?
So much more than software. Fresh Clinics is here for the whole experience - offering advice, guidance and support at every step. Get help with everything from product supply and training, to compliance management and good faith exams.
Designed with you in mind, Fresh has a dedicated account management and training team. Our outstanding community of nurses work together to support each other on both our public and exclusive internal platforms. So, we’re here to help as much or as little as you like!
What experience do I need to join/before joining?
Whatever your experience, we’re here to help you thrive. Registered nurses, dermal therapists, doctors, physician assistants and dentists are welcome to apply. All you need is 12 months of injectables experience or a swift session at Fresh BootCamp. Then, our onboarding team will complete Certification and skills checks – ensuring you get the right assessments and access to our upcoming training programs.
Can I be part of the community groups?
Yes, once you’re set up – it’s time to get social. Your invite to our private WhatsApp groups will arrive shortly after you've registered. Regularly sharing industry insights, tips, trends and event updates, our exclusive connect groups are the perfect place to make new friends and expand your network.
How do I purchase stock/consumables through Fresh Clinics?
Get the best brands - at the best prices- in the Fresh Store. Once you’re in our system, you can use our software to sort all your stock needs. All you need to do is nominate supplier accounts with your Account Manager and you’re IN. In our Fresh Store, our premium products, stock and consumables are yours for the picking!
