Why refer a friend

We built Fresh on word of mouth. Nurses talk to nurses, and the best recommendations always come from someone who's actually lived the experience. Refer a Friend is our way of thanking you for that, and making sure the people you bring in feel just as looked after as you do.

How the draw works

One prize, shared between three Fresh Members, decided by random draw once the period closes. It's not about who refers the most. Every successful referral is one entry, so the more you refer, the better your odds, but everyone in the draw has a real shot.

The prize itself is still being finalised, but here's the shape of it: a shared experience, an overnight stay, and time spent together with the peers who get it, plus a few surprises along the way. Last round proved it best, three Fresh Members away together, not just one winner alone. This round, we're doing it again.

Who's eligible for a reward?

You'll earn a referral reward when your referred friend signs up, completes their compliance review, and makes a qualifying purchase within 6 months of your referral being submitted.

When do I get my $500 Fresh Shop credit?

As soon as your referral successfully onboards and makes a purchase on the Fresh Shop, your credit lands and you can put it toward anything in store.

What if I refer someone Fresh already knows?

The program is for new nurses only. If your referral's details are already in our system, it won't count as a valid referral.

What if two of us refer the same person?

Whichever referral was submitted first is the one that earns the credit.

How does the prize draw work?

Every successful referral between 1 July and 31 December 2026 earns one entry into the draw to win the unforgettable experience prize. At the end of the period, three winners are drawn at random and share the prize experience together.
