Both come down to the same skill, reading what's in front of you, then applying the right technique to get the result you're after, whether that's a patient's treatment journey or a handful of stems. No experience needed for the florist workshop.

Beyond the first appointment: building a skin quality journey
Once the activity is finished, Sharna Hill, CX Cosmetics Trainer will share how she decides when TKN HA3 may be appropriate, how she considers it alongside other treatments and how she talks patients through a plan without making them feel sold to. Drawing on her own clinic experience, she’ll explore how clear expectations and thoughtful follow-up can offer patients more value while building the trust that helps a clinic grow.
