Broaden your care offerings while growing your clinic

Fresh Health provides a new, comprehensive approach to patient care. With expert medical guidance, training, and dedicated tools, you can confidently support patients with menopause health, weight management, and hair rejuvenation - while growing your clinic’s care offerings.

Exclusively available to Fresh Member nurses

Make a bigger impact on your patients' lives

Access to quality healthcare is increasingly difficult, and many patients avoid discussing their weight concerns, menopause symptoms, or hair loss with their GPs. 66% of Australians are overweight, making obesity the nation’s second-biggest contributor to disease burden, while over 85% of women with menopause symptoms miss out on evidence-based care. Fresh Health integrates proactive, hybrid healthcare into your clinic - combining nurse support with doctor oversight so patients can access personalised programs and treatments to achieve long-term health goals.

"Based on my experience so far, I’ve been able to offer truly personalised support to my patients. The in-person care component helps me build stronger relationships and deliver a level of support that’s often not available through other weight management programs. It’s an incredible opportunity to expand your clinic’s offerings, address major health risks, and add deeper purpose to your services beyond aesthetics."

Frequently Asked Questions

Why introduce weight management into an aesthetic clinic?

Supporting your patients isn’t just about how they look, it’s about how they feel. Weight management consultations through Fresh Health offer a safe, guided way to help patients take control of their health and confidence. This isn’t about quick fixes, but sustainable, medically supervised change. It’s a natural extension of what you already do: helping people become the best version of themselves.

How does this align with my current aesthetic services?

Think of this as a complementary service, not a replacement. Many patients already trust you with their appearance: now you can support their overall wellbeing too. Offering weight loss consultations allows you to:

  • Deepen your connection with patients
  • Provide more holistic care
  • Diversify your clinic’s offerings with a life-changing service

Why wouldn’t patients just go to a GP?

Because your clinic offers something GPs and telehealth often can’t:

  • Time
  • Trust
  • Ongoing, in-person care

Patients need more than a script - they need someone who’s accessible, encouraging, and invested. You’re already that person.

Is Fresh Health expanding?

Absolutely. While we’re launching with weight management, we’re planning to expand into hormone therapy, hair restoration, and other health-optimising services - empowering you and your patients while transforming your clinic offering.

What training is involved?

You’ll complete the Fresh Health | Weight Loss Course - a short but essential training that gives you the knowledge and confidence to run safe, effective consultations. It covers clinical content, behavioural considerations, and compliance essentials.

Do I need to complete the training before consulting?

Yes. Completing the training module is required before seeing patients to ensure safe, professional delivery of care.

How does it work in the Fresh app?

Everything runs through your existing Fresh App. Once onboarded, Fresh Health will be activated, and you’ll receive a step-by-step guide in your onboarding email.

What if I decide this isn’t the right fit for my clinic?

No pressure. Fresh Health is optional and designed to support clinics that want to grow into holistic care. If it doesn’t align with your goals or patient needs, there’s no obligation to continue.

How does pricing work and what does it cost to offer Fresh Health in my clinic?

During the Early Adopter Trial, Fresh Health runs on a pay-per-consult model—no upfront fees, you only pay when you use it. You set your own patient pricing.

  • Clinic service fee: $60 per consult (covers the doctor’s time)
  • Suggested patient fee: ~$150 per consult (ranges from $120–$250)
  • Medication: Patients pay separately via their chosen pharmacy once prescribed

Please note: this model will move to a subscription structure when Fresh Health officially launches.

Will this affect my insurance?

We recommend checking with your insurance provider first. Since you’re not handling or prescribing medication, major changes to your coverage aren’t expected - but it’s wise to have it noted on your policy as a precaution.

What does the patient experience look like?

After their in-clinic consult, patients receive access to a dedicated Fresh Health Portal where they can:

  • Track progress and treatment plans
  • Purchase medication (if prescribed)
  • Access aftercare info and their care team

It’s designed to keep patients supported and engaged.

How does the patient get their prescription?

It’s simple, secure, and streamlined:
  1. You send the Patient Intake Form before their first consult (this includes their health history, consent, and goals).
  2. After their doctor consultation, if they’re determined to be a suitable candidate for Weight Loss or HRT treatment, they’ll receive an email granting access to their personalised Fresh Health Portal.
  3. They’ll also receive a separate SMS from Halaxy with a token number to access their prescription. To place their order in the Patient Portal, they’ll need to enter this token. (Note: the SMS is not sent from the Patient Portal itself.)

How do patients purchase medication?

If prescribed, patients receive an SMS with their script. They can:

  • Take it to any pharmacy, or
  • Order via the portal for delivery to your clinic or their home

Does my patient require pathology?

In most cases, yes. The prescribing doctor may request bloods as part of the treatment plan. Patients will complete this between their first consult and follow-up, where results are then reviewed by the doctor.

Who decides if medication is prescribed?

Only the prescribing doctor. Your role is to support and guide your patient—the GP will determine treatment protocols and any medication needs.

How often should I see patients?

This depends on clinical judgement and their goals, but a typical schedule might be:

  • 2–3 weeks post-initial consult
  • At 1 month
Every 3 months thereafter or as advised by the doctor. These regular check-ins keep patients motivated and supported throughout their journey.
