What experience do I need to join/before joining?
Whatever your experience, we’re here to help you thrive. Registered nurses, dermal therapists, doctors, physician assistants and dentists are welcome to apply. All you need is 12 months of injectables experience or a swift session at Fresh BootCamp. Then, our onboarding team will complete Certification and skills checks – ensuring you get the right assessments and access to our upcoming training programs.
How do I order stock/consumables through Fresh Clinics?
Get the best brands - at the best prices- in the Fresh Store. Once you’re in our system, you can use our software to sort all your stock needs. All you need to do is nominate supplier accounts with your Account Manager and you’re IN. In our Fresh Store, our premium products, stock and consumables are yours for the picking!
What training and support does Fresh Clinics offer for using their software?
We offer comprehensive support including expert-led training sessions, ongoing access to our dedicated support team, and access to an online community of industry professionals.
What features should I look for in cosmetic clinic management software?
You’ll want a connected system that allows you to manage all parts of your aesthetic clinic in one place. This includes secure document storage for patient records, and consent forms; in-app video telehealth for prescribing and support; a digitised drugbook for compliance and product tracking; automated aftercare messages; inventory tools; a built-in product ordering system; and business reporting such as client numbers and treatment trends.

Can I be part of the community groups?
Yes, once you’re set up – it’s time to get social. Your invite to our private WhatsApp groups will arrive shortly after you've registered. Regularly sharing industry insights, tips, trends and event updates, our exclusive connect groups are the perfect place to make new friends and expand your network.
How do I get a script?
Get good faith exams sorted with your Fresh Clinics app. Once set up in our system, you can find simple scripting in your Fresh Clinics app. Our doctors are available 24 hours a day and usually take between 20 seconds and 1 minute to respond to your requests.
