The new Fresh platform is rolling out across our Members, and we’re running a live session to walk you through it properly. It’s a practical walkthrough so you and your team know exactly what to do before, during and after your clinic’s move.

We know the transition has been bumpy for some clinics, so we’ll be upfront about why we rebuilt the platform, what’s changed, and what it means for your day to day.

• Logging in to the new Fresh app and web portal for the first time

• Drugbook: getting to your historical records, why opening balances don’t carry over, and setting up your stock (with a worked product example)
